1、Noise in the transmission system

The noise of the transmission system comes from direct mechanical friction between gears.During use,attention should be paid to the decibel of noise.If the sound is abnormal,it is necessary to promptly increase lubrication or check for wear.

2、Engine noise

3、Hydraulic noise

The vibration and noise in the hydraulic system are accompanied by vibration and noise,mainly due to the sudden changes in the clearance between them and the lateral force borne by the reciprocating piston.In this regard,piston clearance,piston pin hole offset,piston height,number of piston ring,cylinder liner thickness,lubrication conditions and other aspects can be improved.
